The Pipeline Report gives you more detailed information on what stages your candidates are at.
Here you will see:
- how many candidates applied,
- how many were added manually to HireHive
- how many candidates were linked to a new job
You will also see how many candidates were:
- referred via the employee referral portal
- how many CVs/resumes were shared with external users
- how many interviews took place.
The Pipeline Report also gives you a funnel, showing you what percentage of candidates progressed through the recruitment process from stage to stage.
