HireHive Contracting Entity Change FAQ

Why is this change happening? 
HireHive Limited is merging into its sister company, HR Interventions Limited, to simplify our structure and enhance operational efficiency. Both companies share the same parent ownership. 

Does this affect my contract? 
Only the contracting entity name changes. All pricing, terms, and conditions remain exactly the same. 

Do I need to sign anything? 
No. The HireHive Terms of Service allow the agreement to be assigned as part of a merger. 

Is my data still protected under GDPR? 
Yes. HR Interventions Limited assumes all data protection responsibilities previously held by HireHive Limited. 

Will support or service availability change? 
Not at all. The platform, team, and service remain unchanged. 

Do I need to update billing information? 
Only if your finance team requires updated vendor records. All new invoices will list HR Interventions Limited.
